Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 325. Place chicken breast one at a time between sheets of waxed or parchment paper and flattened using the bottom of a large frying pan until even thickness. Place 1/4 cup of the crushed cereal in a small bowl and add the Italian herbs. Set aside for topping.
In medium mixing bowl combine the remaining 3/4 cup of cereal with the remaining ingredients until well blended. Place about 1/3 cup of the filling in each flattened breast and roll up. Place each breast on baking rack or cookie sheet that has been sprayed with cooking oil. Spray the outside of each breast with cooking oil and sprinkle tops with the herb/ cereal mix. Bake for 25-28 minutes
