twojocks 7 years agoDelicious! I used some marinara sauce instead of the chopped tomatoes and oil and it came out great.
susanjm 7 years agoVery tasty and very simple. We don't grate the parmesan onto the dish until after it comes out of the oven. Adjustments I think I'll make next time - half the oil and some extra tomato.

RKG1 8 years agoGreat flavour. We used fresh??? haddock and 4 cloves of garlic. I put the cheese on the fish in the last few minutes of cooking and then turned on the broiler to melt and brown the cheese a little. I will be making this one again.
