Try this Italian Corn Crusted Baked Fish recipe, or contribute your own.

Mix tomatoes, garlic, oil & thyme in bottom of baking dish. Dip fish in cornmeal & place in dish. Bake at 450 for 20-26 minutes. Top with cheese. File ftp://ftp.idiscover.co.uk/pub/food/mealmaster/recipes/mmkah001.zip

twojocks 8y agoDelicious! I used some marinara sauce instead of the chopped tomatoes and oil and it came out great.
susanjm 8y agoVery tasty and very simple. We don't grate the parmesan onto the dish until after it comes out of the oven. Adjustments I think I'll make next time - half the oil and some extra tomato.

RKG1 10y agoGreat flavour. We used fresh??? haddock and 4 cloves of garlic. I put the cheese on the fish in the last few minutes of cooking and then turned on the broiler to melt and brown the cheese a little. I will be making this one again.
