This mix can be used dry or with oil and vinegar to make a great dressing.
In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, sugar, oregano, pepper, thyme, basil, parsley, and celery salt. Store in a tightly sealed container for use as a dry mix.
TO MAKE DRESSING:
whisk together vinegar, oil, water and dry mix. Store in fridge. dressing is best when cold.
