Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350oF Mix in a large bowl, flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. In a larger bowl, cream shortening and sugar. Beat in eggs individually. Mix in wine and vanilla. Add ingredients from first bowl slowly. Add fruit.
To assemble sticks, shape each stick into a shape 8” X 2 ½“ log.
Bake for 25 minutes.
After sticks are cool, vanilla icing can be added if desired.
