Wash chicken and pat dry.
In a roasting pan coat chicken in cooking and olive oil. Place skin side up in broiling pan and add salt, pepper and oregano. Squeeze the juice of two lemons over the chicken and place squeezed lemon in roasting pan with chicken. Cook preheated 450 degree oven for 20 minutes, checking to ensure that skin is not burning.
Once skin is startinng to char on the outside use a meat thermomerator to check to ensure that the meat is at 180 degrees.
Once chicken checks at 180, plate and pour remaining juices over the top
