Basic meatball recipe
Combine all ingredients except EVO gently until well mixed. Form into 10 evenly sized balls. Flatten balls slightly.
Pre-heat skillet on medium-high heat. Add olive oil. Brown balls in skillet for 10 minutes, flipping after five minutes.
Serve immediately with your favorite marinara sauce and garlic bread.
