Try this Italian Pizzelles recipe, or contribute your own.
Beat eggs and sugar. Add cooled melted butter or margarine, and vanilla and anise. Sift flour ad baking powder and add to egg mixture. Batter will be stiff enough to be dropped by spoon. ms_snuggles50 7y agoOnly Problem with this recipe it is incomplete. If you don't know what pizzelles are you won't know how to cook them since there is no cooking instructions. You need a pizzelle iron or maker. And it is very expensive to make.

Rusty 12y agoI used this recipe and it was great. I did omit the anise and used lemon flavoring instead. they turned out yummy.
