Grilled Italian Saugsage baked in Marinara with Cheese and Spices
Grill sausage until charred and medium. Quarter sausage and put in baking pan. cover in marinara sause. Layer provolone cheese on top of sausage. Sprinkle seasoning on top. Grate parmesan cheese on top of the seasoning. Bake 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Move to broiler high for 10 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes. Serve by spooning individual sausage wrapped in cheese onto the plate. Three sausages per plate. Garnish with parmesan cheese and parsley
