Suggest a better descriptionPlace sausage in a skillet. Cover with water. Simmer 10 minutes. Drain. Combine pasta sauce, tomato paste, green pepper, onion, Parmesean cheese, parsely, and water in slow cooker. Add sausage. Cover and cook on low 6 hours. Cook pasta acording to package directions and serve sauce and sausage over pasta.
