Suggest a better descriptionBrown the sausage in a large skillet until no longer pink, drain well. In a medium mixing bowl combine the Cream cheese, Sharp Cheddar, and the Parmesan cheese, mix well, fold in the sausage. Place the Jalapeno halves in an ungreased 13x9" baking dish (you will need at least two dishes). Fill each pepper half with about 1 tablespoon of the cheese and sausage mixture. Bake in a 425 degree oven for approximately 15-20 minutes until the tops are nicely browned. Serve with dressing or dip of your choice...we love them just as they are , hot out of the oven!
