This is a rather heavy cake but is quite tasty. My vegan friends love it.
Fat grams per serving: Approx. Cook Time: 1 HR Cook raisinsand water down to 2 cups juice. Add soda and shortening to liquid whilewarm (not hot). Add sugars and flour, baking powder, salt and spices. Mixwell. Bake at 350 deg. for 1 hour. Bake in deep round pan.
