Brown sausage with onion and garlic; drain.
Add spaghetti sauce and simmer for 30 minutes.
Cook rigatoni noodles according to package directions.
Using a buttered/anti-stick sprayed 13x9 pan, layer rigatoni noodles with provolone cheese.
Spread sour cream over all and top with half of sauce.
Top with mozzarella cheese and remaining sauce.
Sprinkle generously with parmesan cheese.
Bake uncovered @ 350 for 30 minutes.
Penne noodles can be substituted for rigatoni noodles. If you are gluten free, just substitute gluten free penne!
