BEST COOKIE EVER!!! I love the fall time, so I have a good excuse to make these as much as I want!!! Pumpkin and chocolate combined is the best combo!!!! Moist and Delicious. A FAMILY FAVORITE!!!!!
Heat oven to 375 1. Combine the first 5 ingrediants in a small bowl 2. In a large mixing bowl add Butter and Sugar and mix until creamy 3. Add the pumpkin, eggs, and vanilla to the butter and sugar bowl and mix 4. Add the flour mixture to the wet bowl. 5. Fold in the chips Spoon onto cookie sheets and bake 15 - 20 min. These cookies will not brown. Don't over cook or they will turn out dry. I get about 3 dozen out of this recipe.
When dropping the cookies on the sheet, the size that is dropped will be the size of the cookie-----they don't spread. Store in a tight container and the will stay extra moist!!!!! ENJOY!!

korte805 3y agoUsed no butter added half amount of butter and replaced with applesauce was awesome and healthier
Jbe11 3y agoI found that you need to add flower and they are very spongy, almost like a pancake.

Acotaz 3y agoThese are awesome cookies I add white chocolate chips and friends and family love these. These cookies will be added to the Christmas cookies that get mailed all over the place. Thank you for the recipe.
PatInMontana 3y agoIf you don't care for the chocolate chips try making this cookie without them and frosting them with a cream cheese frosting. My family loves raisins and date, so we have made these cookies using a combo of both fruit and pecans.
