Think beyond pizza with flatbread, creatively topped with FARMER JOHN® Mild Jalapeno Bacon, tomatoes and a sprinkle of chives and mozzarella. So fast and easy, it makes weeknight dinner a breeze or the perfect party appetizer.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Spray 2 baking sheet lightly with cooking oil spray. Place flat breads on sheet pans and bake for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and turn flatbreads over.
Spread flatbread very lightly with tomato sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Scatter tomatoes, bacon and chives on top.
Bake until cheese has melted and begins to bubble, 7-8 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool in pan for 2 minutes.
Transfer to a cutting board and slice before serving.
