It's great served with roasted meat or cheese and crackers.
Seed peppers then put through food processor. In large pot mix with vinegar, sugar and salt. Bring to hard boil and boil for two minutes. Take off heat for ten minutes. Add Certo. Let stand ten more minutes. Skim off top. Put in sterile jars.
Note: The recipe originally called for a green pepper and green food coloring, both of which I have omitted and replaced with the mix of Fresno and jalapeƱo peppers, roughly one pound after seeding. I also use a water bath after jelly is jarred so that it can safely be stored without refrigeration.
