Cook until all pieces are Crisp remove from pan reserving fat.
Dice Jalapeños in half and half again and dice. Remove seeds
Season and sautee jalapenos in bacon fat until lightly browned
Removed jalapenos and save as much fat as possible.
In a new pot, ad bacon fat, butter, broth and spices.Bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer for 15 minutes.
Using an immersion blennder emulsify the broth to incorporate the fats into it. Once done add cream and shredded cheese.
Stir together, add jalapenos and bacon into pot and let simmer for 5 minutes before serving.
