1. Preheat oven at 200C or 400F
2. Sift flour, salt, balking powder and cinnamon in a bowl.
3.Rub fat into flour.
4. Stir in fruit and sugar
5. Beat egg with a fork; stir into dry ingredients. Add milk.
6. Drop in a cupcake pan or cookie sheet (non stick)
7. Bake for 15-20 mins.
Make such butter cooled when rubbing into flour.
If the consistence is not to your liking a little more milk can be added.
A cupcake pan makes the cakes come out better.
