- Chop onions, chilli, garlic, chicken, tomatoes.
- Brown onions in large frying pan (5 MINS)
- Make a paste of ginger, garlic, curry powder, turmeric, chilli, dash of water. Add to pan, stir well (2 MINS)
- Add chicken (4 MINS)
- Add tomato, tomato puree, coconut, almonds, cardomom, lime, pepper. Simmer (20 MINS)
- Add garam masala (2 MINS)
- Garnish & serve.
