This is a very nice filling. A good way to use up leftovers. We also like this on pasta


Ingredients

Are you making this? 
3/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup green onions; sliced (chives) diced fine
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon fresh dill; chopped or 1 teaspoon dried dill diced fine
2 cups cooked chicken; cubed, diced fine
lettuce leaves
tomatoes; slices
1 tablespoon Honey
1 stick Celery; diced fine
1/4 teaspoon Black pepper; ground
6 medium Multi grain rolls

Original recipe makes 6

Bread rolls  

Preparation

Mix together well, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey and pepper.

Dice finely togther Chives, Celery and Dill.

Fold in the Dill mix into the mayonnaise mix. I do it this way so it is well mix in with the mayonnaise, as once you add the chicken it is harder to blend and it gives the mayonnaise and nice green colour if you do this first.

Fold in the chicken to the mayonnaise and Dill mix.

Spread the chicken mix onto the bread rolls and fill the bread rolls with lettuce, tomato slices.

you can use tart apples instead of the onions or as well as.

We also like this over pasta
