Good dough recipe for homemade pizza. Requires only 30min to rise
Preheat oven to 450 or as hot as it goes.
In cuisinart, mix 3/4 c flour, yeast and sugar.
With motor running, add 2/3 c hot water.
Turn off motor.
Add oil and 1 1/4 c flour and salt
Mix
Knead 15 seconds
Place in lightly oiled bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
Let rise 30 minutes
Roll out in corn meal-covered pizza pan
Create pizza(s)
Bake ~~at; 450 degrees until done
