Add flour and mix until blended, scraping sides.
Grease jelly roll pan with cooking spray.
Pour mixture into pan & spread evenly.
Bake at 250 for 12-15 minutes.
Put towel on counter top and lay a sheet of wax paper on top.
Flip roll onto wax paper. Roll up and let cool 10 minutes.
Unroll and spread with icing and roll back up.
Chill at least 1 hour and slice when chilled.
