Janice?s Chef Salad

Ready in 45 minutes

Great lunch!


4 cups mixed greens
4 slices cooked bacon; crumbled
2 ounces ham; diced
2 ounces turkey cooked; dices
1/2 cup blue cheese; crumbled
1/2 small tomato; diced
10 medium black olives; cut in half
2 tablespoons red onion; chopped
2 tablespoons cucumber; diced
2 tablespoons green bell pepper
2 tablespoons honey mustard dressing, low carb
salt and pepper to taste

Original recipe makes 2 Servings



Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and evenly divide among two plates.
