Cook chicken, cut mushrooms and mix ingredients (except crust)
Prepare crust: roll out crust. Sprinkle with flour to make non stick to pan. Place dusting of flour on pie pan.
Place bottom crust in pan. Place mixture on bottom crust. Put pinch of flour in mixture if its not very think. Place top crust on top. Pinch edges of crust to seal pie. Cut slips in top of crust to let pie steam out. Set oven to 425 degrees. Cook pie for approximately 30 - 40 minutes or golden brown. Hint to keep edges of crust not to burn: watch for crust to become golden, then take tin foil and cover edges. Then place oven bake in oven to continue baking.
