Simple ans satisfying
1. Firstly, make Onsen eggs by put egg in heavy pot like dutch oven, add enough boiling water to submerge the eggs, cook for 20 minutes, remove the eggs and let them cool in icy water.
2. boil the water and branch the beef for until it loose red color, remove the beef with the strainer.Do not over cook.
3. In a pan add sake , mirin, soy sauce , suger. turn on the burner when it start to sizzle, add the beef, before the liquid evaporate too much, turn off the burner and take out the beef.
4. Reheat the pan, add water, dashi powder, grated ginger, and onion, stir lightly and cover, put the lid on, cook until it is boiling .Take the lid off, cook for 5 minutes more.
5. Add the beef back and stir.
6. Get the rice ready, serve beef on rice immediately.
7. Garnish with pink ginger, green onion, Onsen egg and 7 flavor chili pepper.
