Suggest a better descriptionCrumble and brown ground beef in pot. Add chili pepper, black pepper and Texas Pete hot sauce when ground beef begins to brown (mix throughly). Add onions and green pepper; cook until nearly tender (give an occasional stir). Add all other ingredients and bring to a low boil. Stir occasionally and run a taste test (add salt or other ingredients if your taste buds tell you to) Cover and simmer at low heat for about 2 hours. Slowly sip 1 glass of red wine while making this chili and as you run your taste test, exclaim to no one in particular "oooooh dat good!"
Variation: Add 1/3 tsp. cayenne pepper and 1/3 tsp. paprika (and anything else that you can dream up)
