Sweet and hot, a great combination of flavors and colours for the summer. Use in place of the standard tomato based salsa. Excellent on grilled fish, or as a dip with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
Combine Shallot, Green onion, Mango, Cilantro, Olive Oil, fresh Habanero Chilli (or a milder chilli like Jalapeo for the faint of heart) and Lime juice in a glass bowl. Season with salt & pepper. Refrigerate for one hour before serving.
