Mix all dry spices together well, and mix into uncooked meat by hand. Heat spiced meat in frying pan over medium high heat until just brown, lower heat and simmer in juices until nearly dry.
Spoon into heated taco shells or flour tortillas, top with grated cheddar cheese, sour cream, tomato bits, lettuce strips, taco sauce or other toppings.

rayneberry 2 years agoI only used half a pound and meat was seasoned nicely. We used it in soft tacos.
jverplanck 3 years agoGoods starter but I agree too mild. I added about two table spoon of tomato paste and about one table spoon of tapatio hot sauce and doubled your ingredients.
