Jello cake is really easy, and makes a really moist cake. My girls love it! Change up the flavors (and colors) for the holidays!
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES
Prepare and bake as directed for 9" x 13" pan. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes. Pierce cake with a large fork of handle of a wooden spoon, every 1/2". In a glass bowl or large glass measuring cup, stir boiling water into Jello for 2 minutes. Stir in cold water. Pour over cake and refrigerate 3 hours. Frost with Cool Whip and refrigerate another hour. Store leftovers in the fridge.
