Sweet slice that requires no cooking
Using the biscuits and butter, mix together and press into a slice tray to form the base.
Dissolve the gelatine in the hot water and then mix together with the condensed milk and lemon juice. Pour this over the base and put in the fridge to set.
Make up the jelly using only the boiling water and when it is has cooled carefully pour it over the condensed milk mixture and put back in the fridge to set.
Cut into squares when it is set.
This is best made with red jelly but you can experiment with other flavours.
