Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 425. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper. Put everything in a large bowl except the coconut oil and chia seeds. Mix. Then drizzle melted coconut oil over the ingredients and mix. Pour onto the cookie sheets and bake for 3 minutes, stirring after the first 20 minutes. Take out of oven and let cool completely. Once cool, add chia seeds and pour in a container for storage.
