Ingredients

Are you making this? 
2 lbs Sausage
1 1/2 cups Bisquick
4 cups Cheddar cheese; grated
1/2 cup Onion; chopped
1/2 cup Celery; chopped
1/2 tst Garlic powder

Original recipe makes 6

Dozen  

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and form into 1" balls. Bake 15 min. on an ungreased cookie sheet until golden brown. These can be frozen uncooked. Also can use as a stuffing for mushrooms.

375 degrees, preheated. These are simply the BEST! no need to try any other recipes. Make these, and they will be desired at EVERY gathering!

I've made this several times...one of Jimmy Dean's best recipes. Note, they come out much better if you keep them small.
