Suggest a better descriptionHeat saucepan on med-high heat. Season chicken with garlic/herb seasoning. Add oil to pan and cook chicken until browned.
Reduce heat to low. Stir in shallots and cook 2-3 minutes.
Combine vinegar and sugar, stir into shallots and chicken; cook 8-10 minutes, turning chicken occasionally, until liquid is reduced by half. Remove chicken. From pan. Let stand 5 minutes.
Stir in kale, asparagus and 1/4 more seasoning into mixture in pan. Cook 1 minute until kale is wilted. Transfer to plates and top with chicken.
