Walnut cilantro gives flavor to the hot sauces
Heat grill pan to medium0high. Combine chipotles, lemon juice, lime juice, garlic and sugar in blender. Puree.
Rub pork with cumin, oil, salt and pepper. Grill, rolling every 3-4 minutes until done.
Combine cilantro and walnuts in small bowl. Drizzle pork with sauce and sprinkle with cilantro mixture.
