Prosciutto and chicken in a cream sauce with mushrooms & linguine.
Cook pasta. Preheat saute pan, heat oil. Add mushrooms and cook 2-3 minutes. Add chopped peppers and chicken. Cook 1-2 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in broth and Alfredo sauce. Simmer 3-4 minutes. Stir in pasta, prosciutto, sage and pepper. Top with parmesan cheese and serve
