Hearty meal with a nutty flavor.
Cook pasta according to directions.
Place broth in small sauce pan and boil until reduced to about 3/4 cup. Toast walnuts in saute pan over medium high heat shaking frequently, until fragrant.
Place chicken stock, 1/4 cup of walnuts, sour cream, oil, garlic, salt and pepper in blender. Cover and blend on high until smooth sauce forms. Scrape into medium serving bowl.
Add pasta to sauce. Garnish with remaining cheese and walnuts.
I added some cooked chicken breast, and it was great!!
