Jody's original recipe was half of this one. She says she gets 4 servings, but they must be HUGE.
Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 13 x 9 x 2" pan with non-stick spray; set aside.
Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Blend in remaining ingredients until well-mixed.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 40 minutes, or until center is firm to touch, and knife inserted halfway between edge and center comes out clean.
Cool, then chill before serving.
