Melt knob of butter add 1 onion some chopped streaky bacon and fry until onion is soft and bacon cooked.
Put can of seafood chowder in (Denny)
Ingredients: Squid, fish, shrimps, mussels, cream, milk, tomatoes, unions, potatoes, wheat flour, corn starch, salt, fish sauce,sunflower oil, lemon juice, butter, garlic, spices, herbs
If more than two people add half a tin of milk
Chop up potatoes and carrots very small
Being chowder to boil before adding veggies
Add salt and pepper to taste
When veggies are cooked add coconut cream
Then add mussels in shell and prawns frozen and fresh cream
Serve with crusty bread and a good bottle of wine
