Homemade medium salsa
Add the following to a blender:
1 onion
1 tablespoon lime juice
1-2 garlic cloves
10 cross sliced jalapeño peppers
Blend so there are no chunks then put in a large bowl.
Strain all 3 cans of canned whole peeled tomatoes.
Add the following to a blender:
3 cans of tomatoes
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 bottle dried cilantro
Intermittently blend using the pulse button so the tomatoes are small chunks but not a fine liquid.
Add to bowl
Strain Rotel
Add to blender and blend until the Rotel is in fine chunks but not liquid.
Add to bowl
Stir all ingredients together
Enjoy
