This is a quick and easy favorite in my house. Can be served over pasta, rice or potatoes. I throw it together in the morning and cook in the evening. Very simple!
1. Mix all ingredients in a plastic bag and refrigerate for eight hours.
2. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brownchicken strips on both sides, 5-6 min. Add marinade back to pan and simmerfor 20 minutes or until chicken is done. Marinade should reduce by half.
