Jumbo Pasta Shells with Cheese Filling

Works wonderfully with Bev's Spaghetti sauce recipe. Family favorite.


1 package Jumbo Pasta Shells; 12 ounces
4 cups Ricotta Cheese; 32 ounces
8 ounces Mozzarella; diced or shredded
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese; grated
2 Eggs
1 tablespoon Parsley; chopped
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg
32 ounces Spaghetti Sauce

Original recipe makes 6



Mix together cheeses, eggs, parsley, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Fill cooked shells with cheese mixture. Cover bottom of roasting pan with some of the sauce. Arrange filled shells in single layer in the pan. Pour remaining sauce over shells and bake at 350? for 30 minutes or until hot.


Use this in combination with "Bev's Spaghetti Sauce" and you will not regret it.
