Suggest a better descriptionCombine coffee, sugar, and water in saucepan, heat and stir until all is dissolved. Do not bring to a boil. Cool, half vanilla bean by cutting on the slant lenghthwise. Mix all ingredients in a 1/2 gallon container (it doesnt call for it, but we always used a glass one left over from apple cider). Store in a dark place for a month. Pour into decanters or small glass cocktail bottles, start now for Christmas presents.
