Chocolaty, gooey cake that needs no frosting.
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2 Grease a bundt pan thoroughly. I use cooking spray.
3 Mix all the ingredients together well. A stand mixer is good for this.
4 Pour cake batter into bundt pan.
5 Bake for 45 - 60 minutes.
6 Remove cake from oven and cool for 1 hour before inverting onto plate or cake saver.
If you would like an icing (I don't think it needs one, but...) mix two or three tablespoons of Kahlua with powdered sugar and water to taste (should be a thick, syrupy consistency).
This cake will puff up in the pan but sink back down as it cools. This is normal and leads to a fudgy consistency.
