Grilled salmon with Jalapenos, mango chutney
over med heat, heat oil. add Jalapenos and onion, saute until caramelised.
add garlic, once it is soft, deglaze with wine.
next add ,mustard and mango chutney and bring to simmer over low for 20 mins, cool aside.
Preheat oven 230 degree, cook salmon with this sauce on the top.
