Peel from stem and place in a large container Add a few TBS of olive oil and 1/4 to 1/2 cup of pressed garlic. Shake thoroughly then place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle kelp on top.
Bake for 12 minutes, then flip the kale. Bake for another 10-12 minutes.
