Excellent way to prepare Kale prior to adding it to a soup or other dish
1. In a large dutch oven or stock pot add oil, shallots and garlic. Saute for 2 minutes.
2. Add kale, chicken broth, salt and pepper.
3. Cook for 35-40 minutes.
Use the same recipe for mustard greens, swiss chard, rainbow chard or beet greens.
