Lightly spray 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray. Place diced mangos in bottom of pan. Combine oats, flour, and brown sugar in bowl until blended. With your hands lightly work the cold margarine or butter into oat mixture until it is crumbly and resembles wet sand. Distribute oat mixture evenly over the mangoes in the pan. Bake for 35 to 40 mins. until golden brown. Serve warm or at room temp. plain or with ice cream or plain yogurt.
