Roux? Who needs a roux? This is a simple way to get a tasty Shrimp Creole!!
Saute green pepper, onion, celery and garlic in oil. Add tomato sauce and then tomatoes. Add salt, sugar, chilli powder, worchestershire, and tobasco. Simmer about 30-45 minutes. Mix cornstarch in water and add to sauce. When mixture thickens, add shrimp. Heat and serve over rice.
