1. Set out opened beer can until beer is flat. If rushed, you can microwave a few seconds at a time, but do not heat more than room temperature.
2. Use grating blade of food processor and grate cheese and garlic together.
3. Change to blending blade and mix additional ingredients with cheese mixture.
4. Refrigerate several hours or preferably overnight as flavor will blend and improve.
