Add cornstarch to prawns and mix well.
Cook garlic in 1 tbsp oil on high heat for about 10 seconds.
Add prawns and distribute them evenly. Cook on one side for 2 min without stirring. Flip over and cook for a further 2 min.
Add cooking wine and ketchup. Cook for 1 min or so until sauce is thickened and just covers prawns.
Add a few drops of lemon juice to finish.
