Ingredients

1 12-oz can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 cup Key Lime Juice
3 each Egg yolks
1 each Pie crust; pre-baked

Original recipe makes 1

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350F.

Blend all ingredients and pour into the pre-baked or a graham cracker pie crust.

Bake until toothpick comes out clean...approx. 20 minutes.

Notes

You can substitute reconstituted lemon juice or regular fresh lemons for the key limes if they are unavailable.

Excellent and Easy to make!

Very easy to make and always gets a rave review when served. Best when made from real key limes. Takes a little while to squeeze the small limes but it is worth it!
